Reflexology Map Feet



Reflexology chart or map is a diagram used to show body organ reflexes. Should learn to read a reflexology map for proper reflexology therapy.

Right body reflexes on the right foot. Left body reflexes on the left foot. Example left side body organs heart and stomach reflexes are on the left foot. Therefore, thumb-walk on the left foot is useful for the ailments of the stomach, heart, etc.
